  • What states don’t allow Delta 8 & Delta 10?
    The following states do not allow Delta 8 or Delta 10 shipments: Alaska Arizona Colorado Delaware Idaho Iowa Montana Nevada North Dakota Rhode island Utah Vermont
  • What States don’t allow HHC?
    Nevada prohibits HHC purchases.
  • Return/Refund/Replacement Policy:
    We must be made aware of all issues within a 30 day period. Unopened and unused orders can be returned, refunded, or replaced up to 30 days after purchase date, but we must receive the returned product before the refund can be completed.
  • My card was charged more than once, why?
    It can be the case that your card was initially declined as a result of billing information being mismatched. The failed/pending charge will self-resolve in 3 to 5 business days and will drop off of your statement. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to your card issuer.
  • I paid for overnight/two day shipping but it’s been longer than that, why?
    The shipping speed selected at checkout determines how long the package will be in transit once it has left our facility, not for our fulfillment time. We have a usual fulfillment time of approximately 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders can take up to two weeks to be shipped during peak holiday seasons. Our shipping cutoff time is 2PM Pacific time. Any orders submitted after this time are considered to be processed as earliest as the next business day. Orders placed after 2PM PST on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday the earliest. Once an order is processed on CHI’s end, the shipping speed selected at checkout will go into effect.
  • I bought an item today for full price and I saw there was a sale last week, can you honor the sale price?
    We cannot honor sale codes after the end date of the sale as advertised. Please subscribe to our email list for the most up-to-date notifications on sales.
  • Do you offer Wholesale/Bulk Orders?
    Yes, we do. For any orders over 100 grams, please reach out to sales@colombiahempinternational.com
  • Do we ship outside of the USA?
    As of now, we only service the United States and its territories. For International please contact us at sales@colombiahempinternational.com
  • Why is my order stuck on Label Created?
    Label Created just means that a tracking number has been assigned to your order, but does not mean that it has finished processing. Once your order has been processed and picked-up, the delivery company should update the tracking and your shipping speed selected at checkout will go into effect.
